Decoding and Needs Assessment

  • Based on interview, team started to decode the interview by category

  • Start identifying patterns and start writing up needs

Finalising needs, Crafting Proposal and Survey 

  • As a team, we combined and finalised our needs

  • Started crafting our solutions "Parent Teacher, E-workshop, Take home kit"

Proposal presentation

  • Presented our recommendations to Ms Eunice and the rest of class

  • Took Ms Eunice feedback on simplicity and focus

Adjustments and Finalisation of survey

  • Made adjustments to our solutions based on Ms Eunice's feedback and focuisng on one aspect

  • Finalised the questions for survey

Creation of wix and Categorising

  • We created our Wix website and started uploading our needs assessment

  • We started to categorise questions of the survey and jumbling the questions

  • Confirmed 14 responses on the 11th of January
